New Families Enrollment Timeline (for 2025 / 2026 School year):

Step 1: To begin the process, please fill out our application online and pay the $75 application fee by November 30. All applications will be reviewed in order of submission as we have a waitlist per class. An application will not be considered complete until the application has been filled out online and the one time $75 application fee (mentioned above) has been paid.

Step 2: Family interview and tour of the campus (will happen concurrently). Email hello@theskola.org to schedule an interview and a tour. Tours for the Fox Program are scheduled on Thursdays from 10:30 - 11:30. Tours for the Owl and Lark Program are scheduled on Tuesdays from 9:30 - 10:30.

Step 3: Additional (Optional) Steps:

  • Conversation with current Parent: email hello@theskola.org to set up.

Step 3:  Applicants will be notified via a phone call and email from the Director with an enrollment decision by February 15.   The waitlist applicants will also be notified that they are on a waitlist.

Step 4: Complete all Registration Information by March 1 which includes:

  • Complete Enrollment Contract and All Paperwork on Brightwheel

    *As spots open up, we will contact the waitlisted families accordingly.

New Families Enrollment Timeline (for 2026 / 2027 School year and beyond):

Step 1: To begin the process, please fill out our application online and pay the $75 application fee to secure their spot on their the waitlist list. While official open enrollment begins October 1st of the year prior to your school year, you may fill out this application and pay the application fee ($75) at any time which secures your spot on the waiting list. Your application will not be considered complete until we receive your completed application and application fee.

2 Additional (Optional) Steps:

  • Tour of the Skola Campus: email hello@theskola.org to set up.

  • Conversation with Current Parent: email hello@theskola.org to set up.

Step 2: After October 1st, 2025, you will be notified that you can set up times for a family interview on campus.

Step 3:  Applicants will be notified via a phone call and email from the Director with a decision by February 15 prior to the school year commencement.   

Step 4: Complete Registration Information by March 1 prior to the school year commencement

  • Complete Enrollment Contract and All Paperwork on Brightwheel
